Longterm AI Use Off Cycle

I’ve searched up and down for info on this…

What complications could one run into taking Aromasin for a year or more continuously?

Liver damage? Cancer? Estrogen receptor up regulation?

Thanks.

Ive been on letro for more than a year.

No complications.

According to Bill Roberts letro is the best choice for long term usage

But I know for a fact that HRT guys use adex too, although adex does seem to have some reported issues with long term usage.

I’m not very familiar with aromasin long term, but it is a steroid compound and not well understood, Id say choosing letro or adex would be a better option and cheaper, a very low dose of letro is still incredibly effective.

Thanks a lot Westclock.

Sorry to jump on the thread - but what dosage of letro do you use?

thanks

I use research chems now, for a while I tried dissolving pharmagrade tabs, which are a small pill equaling 2.5mg, making it impossible to split adequately for ED dosing, but that was kind of a mess because of the coatings, and was alot of effort, etc, etc.

I tried simply taking a portion of the pill every 4 days, but I found I didn’t feel as “stable”…this was entirely expected, but I tried anyways.

I’m running what I believe to be about 2.5mg/week, hard to tell because of the research chems, I generally try to adjust dose with blood work when using a new product.

My bloodwork was fine thus far, joints feel great, estrogen levels are within accepted range. Cholesterol is fine.

All and all I’m very satisfied, less water retention, just overall I feel much better.

Thank you

I have a E2 level of 40, so should I just stick to using adex @ say .25 EOD or E3D and work my way up if I havent hit the sweet spot. I also have minor gyno at the moment and im waiting on surgery at the moment to get rid of it,
