damn, 2 days ago my bathroom scale was broken, my little sis jumped on it, so, ill figure out a way to measure weight soon.

meal 3: 150 of meat, veggies, and some rice.
meal four: one spoonful of peanut butter, 10 almonds
meal five: 100gr of chicken breast, 1 slice of whole wheat bread
damn, it’s hard to be on a diet, specially being as fat as i am, no changes in waist size yet,
shitt, today i woke up feeling real bad, i felt like vomiting (puking), and had a terrible headache, i wen to the doctor, he stared at me and asked,- are you training with weights?, i said yes, he told me i might be overtrained, mmm i doubt it, he told me to tak 3-7 days off.
when i came back home, i analyzed my training log (a notebook i keep in my room), and realized that i’ve been training the shit out of me for 4-5 weeks, (started with west side), so i’ll take at least 2 days off, i’m also on my final exams, so i’m really stressed.
i’ll keep dieting, lets see how i do

about my boxing classes, well the first one was a bitch, first i started warming up with some jogging, then some shadow boxing.
then what we call “defense”, you practice with a partner, 5 rounds, damnnn, today i made defense with a guy that really knows his shit, and i ended gasping for air, but it was really helpful.
then some heavy bag work, 3 rounds, then 3 rounds with a “pear”, i dont know what the name of that is.
