haha yeah doing an ultraweight pent competition is definitely on the bucket list. what i do most saturdays is a poor mans version. i have the opportunity to throw the superweight, the 44 (which isnt official for my age, its the superweight for old guys, its just fun as fuck to throw), and 35 with competition and tape measures.
one arm db curls- 45’s- a set of 10 each arm at: 10a, 10:20a, 12:30p, & 2:05p
Db shoulder- 55s- 2 of 12
10am: pendlay- 138- 4 of 8
2pm: one arm db curls- 51- 7,6 each arm
8 sets of 25 crunches

Prepare to cringe. Im not running any sort of program. the easiest explanation is Im kind of a fuck up, and right now im working crazy hours with a long commute to pay for school so i can move outta my parents house someday. When I’m going to classes and have free gym access all the time is when I train more conventionally. all this stuff recently is on breaks at work with a dudes curling bar. occassionally i have access to a pretty complete set up under a carport in a private park.

44lb weight- 30’5" PR. I also threw 31’8" legally as far as staying controlled within the ring but it landed right of the sector line. Put my 6th throw into the net so even more of a sector foul but that one felt big, wouldve loved to see it land and get a measurement for reference. Thinkin maybe 34. Cant wait for next week.
