While doing some research on Loaded Stretching I came across your video series about the subject. Everything you told is very clear. But I have two questions remaining about the use of Loaded Stretching.

How long would you advise the rest to be in between sets? And would this be different for muscle mass, performance or mobility?

How do you progress with Loaded Stretching? Increase TUT or do you increase the load?
