Christian - What limitations would you suggest for adding a few minutes of loaded stretching or loaded carries to the end of “Best Damn” workouts? I’ll only be training 4-5 days a week and rolling through the 6 workouts. Thanks.
1 loaded stretch exercise per workout is fine. Wait 1-2 more week to add carries
Thanks that keeps it short and simple. I figured 1-2x week carries and maybe 3 sets max but will wait like you recommend.
