Liver results out of range

Had a full blood work up done last week and have some results with my liver/iron that are out of range.

Anyone had this before? Is it linked to the trt?

Bilirubin (Direct) 0.33 ref range 0-0.2
Transferrin Saturation Index 49% ref range 26-39
Unsaturated Iron Binding Capacity 114ug/dl ref range 125-345

Booked in to follow up with the doctor on Thursday but wanted to see if anyone experienced this?

Diet? Physical activity? Supplements? Alcohol? Other medications? Body composition?

If you’re a chubby person who avoids red meat and leafy greens, takes Tylenol every day because your back hurts, has a drink every night, and sits at a desk or on the couch all day, then it’s not the trt.

If you are fit, have a good workout plan, take things like milk thistle, SAMe, phosphatidlycholine, and don’t drink alcohol, it could be something to address.

These are extreme examples, but I think presenting a clearer picture would help people give you better suggestions.

Im 42, I drink once every couple of months and workout weights and cardio 6 times a week. I have stubborn belly fat that won’t drop even with a calorie deficit and clean diet which is one of the things.

So issues are these blood test results and not being able to lose weight so not sure if linked or not?

Extrapolate on this. What does a normal day look like for you?

So how is a weekly workout structured?

Typical day is

8.30am tuna sandwich on brown bread an apple and banana for breakfast

12pm lunch time work out

2pm 2 chicken breast, rice and broccoli

5pm chicken on whole wheat wrap

8pm meat or fish with veggies and air fried potatoes with Lindt dark chocolate after

Fairly strict with this as my meals all get prepared for me by the wife the day before

I do weights 3 times a week and I run 10k 3 times a week

Even with this my weight has stayed the same for 3 months and I’m stuck with belly fat that just won’t go. Could that be LinkedIn the test results or separate issues?

Unlikely.
