Should be noted there is a structural defect on the shoulder affected. So regardless of any actual damage incurred… the bursitis likely stems from bony malformation present upon the affected shoulder… Now I can get surgery to remove the deformed area (present since birth)… but the price, recovery time would be exorbitant
Interestingly, It’s hardly noticeable from the naked eye given the amount of muscle mass I’ve built over the shoulder… the only telltale sign is that both shoulder complexes when examined closely by the naked eye are shaped differently… If one presses upon a certain portion of the deltoid a bony deformity can be felt
I’m not exactly sure what the defect is called. It’s not a bone spur, it’s a structural malformation that occurred in the womb, a birth defect… given that I was born at like 7 months old (or slightly prior… I forget the exact specifics… but it was extremely premature) the malformation never corrected itself
If I flex the (left) rear delt, a very large dimple forms in response to the presence of structural abnormality. Despite my potential injury, I’m still pretty happy that I’ve managed to come all this way… from being bedridden… in constant pain at age 15/16 to working out full time again, I think it’s one of the best outcomes I could’ve ever hoped for, even if it’s only able to occur with artificial assistance…
He’s considered a genius physiotherapist by a lot of people in the strength community (and has helped lifters avoid surgery). He’s based in Doncaster (Melbourne), but does sessions in Sydney and Brisbane if that’s not convenient for you.
I would say work on stuff that doesn’t hurt. Doing presses with dumbbells on your good side will help somewhat. The body will lose slower if you work the good side (at least bro science says so)
I was reading and notice about Collagen Synthesis stuff. Deca and Boldenone does increase this, right? Are you still using then for this porpouse?
I have notice that steroid users have a strange face-skin/old looking and many have injuries along the time, guess it’s because of Testosterone decreasing the Collagen…
