i got a bottle of liquid t3 its 200mcgs/1ml 60ml bottle, i started off taking .25ml for 4days then did .5ml for another 4days now doing .75ml and this is my 4th day and still havent noticed anything, i was told to just drop under my tongue and let it sit there for 30sec. what am i doing wrong, i see on some of this forums people say to swallow it mix in salt then swallow it, what should i do to get results??
You need to workout, do cardio, eat healthy. repeat. I wouldnt go over 100mcg a day. also if you arent on aas the t-3 will burn muscle tissue. It should be working by now for you. how long do you plan on running it for?
i have been working out since i started it, 4 to 5 days a week for about an hour and a half, really the only cardio i get is on the weekends for football practice, 6 weeks was what my guy told me no longer then that, im just curious if im taking it right how else are you suspose to take it? and whats the ssa ur talking about?
T-3 is by no means a miracle drug. Like AAS it only amplifies your efforts it doesn’t produce results on it s own. If your looking to lose weight you need to bring your cal intake down to 1000-1500 and seriously do some cardio cycle it on and off 2-3 weeks at a time. In order to get optimal results you need to create optimal conditions. Drastically reducing carbs is a must.
I wouldn’t recommend taking it without being on AAS because like P-Dub said it will take muscle with it. A LOT of people are under the impression clen, cytomel are miracle drugs and they are not. Getting your diet under control and really looking at what your putting into your body and the training regiment you are receiving should come first.
These drugs should be used after you have a good grasp of all those things and your trying to lose those last couple of pounds to really tighten up. HOT-ROX is about as good as these chems when speaking about results with a proper diet. Something to think about…
Up to 150mcg a day??? Way too much. Dont just go by what the “guy” said. Do a bit of research on T3.
Proper dosage and dosing protocol is extremely important.
complete noob question, i tried to do some searching on the net, but i might be to blind for that too. but what exactly is T3, i assume it is a test, considering the forum, but can i get a background on it, from what i read, it was a thyroid tester? sorry for the noob question

It’s thyroid hormone. Specifically, I’m pretty sure it is the opposite handed enantiomer of the naturally produced thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone plays a major role in metabolism (that’s why people with hypothyroidism are usually fat if they don’t watch their diet and exercise, and people with hyperthyroidism look like a skeleton).

This is truly terrible advice. 1000 calories a day on T3 is a recipe for disaster. Certainly without anabolic aid. Probably overkill and will still result in muscle loss even with some anabolic help. This cyclying protocol is not the right approach to T3 either.
