Today, I received a 60ml bottle of Liothyronine Sodium (T3) 100mcg/ml from a reputable Research Chem company.
I was wondering if anyone could share a good T3 cycle (Pyramid) for cutting a last bit of fat? I am 5’10 198 at the moment and was just tested at 14% bf. Would like to get down to around 10% as sick as that may be. I have always carried little bf until I hit 45. With no training and a decent diet I tend to hang around 18%. I am eating clean and training 5 days, with 2 additional days of cardio.
I use AAS and peptides (always on)… what I use is not material to my question at this time.
I have had great success with T3 in the past.
Measure with a syringe? This is a pink I-D bottle with a pump covered by a clear plastic cap.

If you’re sitting at 14%bf you don’t need t3 to cut down to 10%.
Change up your diet (lower your carbs, bump up your fat, and keep your protein high), add some cardio if you need too.
Save the T3 for when you’re under 10%, closer to 8, and only if you really want to look contest ready. Otherwise it’s unnecessary. Use ECA instead.
Go to the doc and get your thyroid tested if you are having difficulty loosing weight.
But…I ran T3 last year and ran it something like this:
Day 1-3 25mcg
Day 4-6 50mcg
Day 7-14 75mcg
Day 15-28 100mcg
Day 29-35 75mcg
Day 36-42 50mcg
Day 43-49 25mcg
Day 50 -56 12.5mcg
Day 57-63 12.5 mcg
Day 64-70 6mcg
No problems from recovery.
But I would suggest to use ECA as I love the stuff.

Thanks! I have used the ECA to get down to 8% from 15% last summer in 3 weeks. My only problems was the “jitters” which I don’t seem to get from the T3. Yes, good fats, cardio already there… also R-ALA, CLA, Biotin… etc.
I can just measure out on a 3ml syringe without the needle I assume?

I use a 1cc syringe with needle still attached, and just squirt in my mouth.
How are you planning on running the t3?

Hey Truepit, what kind of sides did you get from both items when you ran them?
Do you also feel that the t3 was less of an affect on your heartrate than the eca stack?
