how do you measure your doses with the 1ml dropper?
The product has X number of mg/ml. Determine how much you want as y. Then take y/X of a ml.
Start small and perhaps work up to 0.25ml/day.
It is very effective and can be dangerous. it can reduce estrogen to dangerous levels that can effect mood, kill sex drive and increase low density cholestol levels. Do your research before using. Arimidex is considered safer for these reasons.
The concentration is probably 2.5mg/ml. If you want to take .5mg then you need to take .2ml.
.5mg/2.5mg/ml = .2ml
