All,
I’ve got 2 bags of the previous iteration of Mag-10. Short of someone posting they’ve got some bottles of liquid flavoring lying around, I need some ideas on what could be suitable to flavor the powder to at least make it drinkable.
I certainly appreciate any insights since it will be very unpleasant to drink without some sort of top cover. I made that mistake before and I highly doubt I could suffer through an entire day white knuckling it all the way.
Just some crystal light seems like it would work
Yeah, Crystal Light, Mio, etc. Really, any of the powder or liquid flavor additives for water would be helpful. Grocery stores have a ton of those now.
Years ago, I left a water bottle full of unflavored Mag-10* on the bench during a pick up hockey game. I heard a guy yell from the bench, “What the hell is that?!” And that’s how I learned who was stealing sips and that I left it unflavored.
*It might have been Anaconda, but either way, I did drink it all.

My apologies guys, but I should have clarified that I’ve attempted to use COTS items from MIO to CL and none of it works to cover the flavor. To be fair the current version of Mag-10 is only okay with the powder flavoring system. The old stuff just wrecks any attempt to flavor with easily accessible additives.
Has anyone tried sugar free Davinci syrups or anything similar? This might be the only hope.
I’m really trying to run the original pulse fast at I’ve got the Mag-10 and some Power Drive. PD is a unique flavor and running with something orange flavored might be the ticket. Any thoughts or suggestions are helpful and appreciated.
All good. I haven’t tried any of the syrups in many, many years, but I’d recommend sticking with a citrus/fruit flavor as I think that tends to help the most.
Good luck!
. Frozen orange juice concentrate?
Does the old liquid flavoring I have ever go bad if not opened?
JRead, I think you’d be alright, but it depends on if you’ve kept the bottle away from heat and light. It would be even better if you put them in the fridge or had them in the freezer. You can always give it a shot and see if it causes any issues.
I have had them in my closet cool area, I will give them a try I have a few bags of the old Mag-10 and Plazma I need to use. Thanks
