Dammit, you caught me! Gobbles down handful of multicolored pills
Actually, I originally decided to try creatine and l-glutamine only, but I have realized the glut doesn’t work very well if at all, and the creatine is so-so. I take some stuff purely for health, the CoQ10 and ALA and vitamins.
What I mean to say is…I’m not going to be doing MAG-10, Methoxy-7, 1,4HD or whatever the hell it is, combined with Alpha Male, Carbolin 19, l-arginine…
Some people seem to want to load themselves down with everything, but I want to use cost-effective supplements minimally and conservatively. Like I said, next round, no creatine or glutamine for me, and the jury’s out on Carbolin 19 but I have high hopes based on others’ experiences.
By the way while we’re on the subject Spike is all right (I seem to have a pretty high base tolerance to the ingredients, I haven’t had anywhere near the effects of some people - think I must be a 3-4 pill guy) but yerba mate is AWESOME pre-workout! Talk about a CNS boost. Theobromine+caffeine+quickly-absorbed vitamins.
I’ve had good luck with creatine over the years and it is cheap.
I would definately give the pre bed meal of Metabolic Drive a try.
Carbolin 19 is the whip. I’ve just started doing singles again after a long lay off. It’s helping my strength at least as much as ephedrine and caffeine ever did.
For a 19 year old Alpha Male probably wouldn’t be a good expense, especially when Carbolin 19 can help raise T levels. I’d use the money for more Metabolic drive.
I would use up the whey then stick with Metabolic Drive. Just because the whey you buy is cheap it doesn’t mean you are getting a quality product that is giving you your money’s worth.
