🚴‍♀️ Lifters Not Lifting (Share Your Hobbies!)

Yikes. Obviously I like to think we’re safe here at my house, but now you’ve brought me right down. :face_with_monocle:

:slightly_frowning_face: didn’t mean to do that.

You should be ok. There has to be a pre existing condition for the cold and exertion to trigger it.

Not a Dr, but I would assume that due to the cold temperatures restricting blood flow and heavy exertion being performed and maybe an underlying heart issue…would be the reasons

Yeah. I noticed bigtime my first winter that breathing in very cold air caused some real deep stinging pain right where you never want to feel deep stinging pain.

Ok. Back to lifters not lifting.

Puggy Wuggy. Not yet a shop dog, but has tremendous potential.

Me and my gf are big into Urban Exploring, it’s been a pretty long time passion since we met. We’ve visited plenty of places in Colorado, and there’s a bunch in Michigan to still explore. This was the Parchment Paper Mill in South Central Michigan we visited. Took a few hours to walk, 3 story factory separated into 3 different structures, super awesome.

Still lifting (at 62) and still writing… and still hilarious! Hey, I entered a competition sponsored by Muscle & Fitness. I’m currently in 1st place (most votes). I uploaded photos all wearing my T-Nation tank top! Happy to represent! IF possible (i could still use the votes) maybe there’s somewhere I can share my link - and promote T-Nation!

Either way, you guys are great. Great information, great senses of humor!

Started a sketchbook. I am not much of an artist yet but here’s the first few pages.

Since I’m always looking for patterns, I like the second one. :+1: that is right up my alley.

Thanks. The second one is the set of all prime numbers between 0 and 100. One full set for each color.

Yeah. I saw that. Didn’t want to give it away though! :speak_no_evil:

ehh - it’s not a secret thing and I don’t even know why I drew that/or how I came up with that idea.

Don’t knock it man. I could give two craps about a lot of “art” but that jumped right out to me. :+1:

The last one really speaks to me right now. Very clever!

All of these seem to have a thoughtful/secret meaning. Do you see this as a form of journaling?

Yeah pretty much. I actually flipped the last picture. In my sketchbook it’s upside down. I am kind of proud of that last one.

I am trying to expand my creativity and let out some emotion at the same time (something I have not been historically good at).
