Thanks dude. The program’s working, that’s for sure. Rack pulls were brutal. Big jumps, multiple sets, intense. I had to give lunging with the “wheels” on the bar, since I was too lazy to strip them down and do some little bitch weight. i knew I could do it, was just a matter of dealing with it.

Legs aren’t too bad today, but my back is sizzling like a couple of eggs in a pan, man! That, and my hands feel like hamburger. And my neck is even sore, from pulling. Maybe I’ll add to my tiny pencil neck!

I definitely remember rack pulls humbling me during sheiko, also the double squat sessions, also the lunges at the the end of a double squat session. GAWD sheiko was hard!

Shit’s hard, but I’m gaining like a mofo on it so I’m going with it.

Lower back and glutes are really sore from the other day, looking forward to tonights session of only squatting once (for 6 triples @ 80%), bench (7 triples @ 80%), flyes, OHP’s, and GM’s. I’ll throw in DF’s “Shoulder Mayhem” tri-set of death in after the OHP’s and before the GM’s.
