This “deload” week has been pretty much a “do nothing” week so far. Been busy, but I’ll try to do a little something tonight and tomorrow, and get back on track to start 5’s week up this weekend.

Been messing around chasing pumpz for a while. Lost a bit of weight stopping the hard PL training. Going to get into WS4BB and Carb Back-Loading in a bit.

Squats were good and deep, no issues there. Aside from blowing out the ass of my shorts on the first rep @ 280, re-racking the bar to verify/change before re-starting that set, they went perfectly. Glutes are beyond sore today from those stupid lunges. I hate lunges!

Just found out that Sarah Robles, the top female weightlifter in the country who is competing in the Olympics, trains at a gym less than 100 yds from my work, that I had no idea existed. I’ve wanted to learn the Olympic lifts but now from some shithole crossfit place, so now I gotta get schooled by an expert! We’ll see how that pans out
