Just starting doing sprints myself, once a week though with some Kettlebell work. Thats a hell of a session considering all the running beforehand.

I liked that sprint article too but I’m not doing like he has it laid out. I just took a fraction of the number of sprints that I would do in one session, which is usually once a week, but if I add up all 6 days it’s more in a week than in one session. I think the idea is to leave with some still left in the tank for the next day.
Right now I do mine after my wo in the park on the grass, no timer just sprint one direction then walk back.
3 days so far so good, still feel like there is lots left in the tank for the next 3 days. I’m going to add an another sprint to each day for next week and see how that goes. I’m progressing slowly.

I wonder if bike sprints could work there.
CH, yeah I had to switch up the times for the sprints this morning, but I think its all relative. You sprint, it counts, haha. I think I’ll try to stick to sprinting mornings and lifting at night, and that should be enough to handle.

Then after breakfast, hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes at an incline, and first five minutes I did it with an ez bar with 70 lbs on it, racked on my shoulders. Fucking brutal.
