AC, usually I put them in the bottom holes on the rack (I think we’ve got the same one?) but this last session I put them in the second one up. They’re really hard, doing them “the sheiko way” and my hands take a beating. Straps were used, I’ll admit it…haha

I just want to be able to be “comfortable” in the 220’s, and I’m creeping up there pretty quick, so I want to back off a little bit. And I gotta keep moving, or the DOMS is going to cripple my ass. First week back into Sheiko is brutal. Love it!
