I have a few guesses:
The weather was shite because it was December. Didn’t the drive home take like 7?
Your alignment was off on the van so we really drove about an extra 100km trying to keep the car on the road straight…there’s your hour.

It may not make much difference but it appears that you calculated your work sets from your estimated max and not your training max. I believe your work sets should have gone:
72 * .65 = 46.5 round up to 50
72 * .75 = 54 round up to 55
72 * .85 = 61.2 round up to 65

Nothing virtual about it, she’ll drive down there and kick you for real… or she’ll transfer the kick to another kicker closer to you, such as PMPM (they have a trade system in place).

I have the excel sheet on my computer, but didn’t write it down before I shut down at work. I knew what the percentages were supposed to be so quickly calculated them in my head. Didn’t factor in the 90%… live and learn. Next week should be much easier then

Poor boy shouldn’t try to keep up with me. I actually forget exactly what I said to the kid, however my favorite part was after I emasculated him I followed up with “Oh, I’m Courtney by the way”. He reminds me of my little brother all tall and lanky… plus I think they’re the same age. I’m sure he was trying to be all cool in front of me, but I eat little boys like that for breakfast and spit them out, heartbroken before 10

Courtney had said a few things to Taylor, your nameless boyfriend and myself. She had mentioned something about liking boys in her diatribe. At an unfortunate time, Taylor has responded ‘Me too’ to which Court said something like “it’s okay that you like boys too”. They then introduced themselves to each other, at which point I said ‘Isn’t Taylor a girl’s name?’. He responded ‘It’s Unisex’. He wasn’t convincing.

I think he said something that wasn’t all the masculine so I made the comment that it was okay that we both liked boys. After his balls shrivelled up and went back up inside into hiding, I laughed, introduced myself and went back to working out. He still had a look of awe on his face that I had said what I did.
What the poor boy doesn’t know is that that was a rather tame comment from me.
