Bench still feels weird on my shoulders (no pain)
Kicked it with 2 friends for the first time in forever, nice to chill

Oh and I slept at 0130 yesterday, and felt better. The body is strange

BTN bar 17, 13 (+5s), 6// High incline db 20s17, 14 (laterals, dislocates)

My chest was fairly fucking sore from bench so I felt the incline way more in my upper chest
Curls were not happening with my shoulder pump

Squats 5x140 - slower out of the hole than I’d like, and a strange (no pain) feeling of my hamstrings shifting during the decent
(1 leg hip thrust, plate halos in between)

(pushups, pullups, in between)
1.5 x 10 nordic hams, stopped when i felt a mild burning in my right calf

The temperature picked up today significantly, so I was dragging ass. The 2x10 I owe I’ll throw in with the run day.
School wise I’m slowly plugging away on everything

Running on tired legs is certainly one way to make it shittier lol

I’ve been sleeping a little later and this seems to cut any energy crashes. And competition level math and chemistry is fucking difficult lol

The top set moved slow, 5x10 moved well. And I think I may be favouring my right leg a bit more; need a video

Warmed up with goblets and pulls, worked well enough

I say that and it feels like I tweaked my hamstring lol

This makes a lot of difference…squeezing the ass and abs at the same time and not losing that after reps really makes a lot of difference

Overhead, as always, could have moved faster. Assistance was ran as giant sets, BTN felt a bit weird but good pump as always
I need better bracing on overhead in particular. Holding my air, not flexing my ass

It’s mostly the cumulative work volume. A lot more things to juggle, and the 1.5/2 hours of chem and math I’m (trying to) tacking on every day doesn’t help there

Though if you’re going by grades- Spanish, English language and Calc (accuracy HW, no retakes). And physics C is never going to be easy haha

Deads doh to 295 single. Not snappy, but no grind at all

Then dicked around with a skateboard for 20 min. And by that I mean said friends tried to teach me how to ride. Oh and I can put my hair into a short high ponytail now

My legs are shot today. Still grinding away at life
