I would like some input regarding what to do to avoid losing all your gains, once you stop using AAS completely. Should the food intake increase/decrease, should I still use supplements (protein/carbo), etc. etc.
Thanks for all comments.

depends on your genetics really. our bodies will naturally return to our natural limits once we stop steroids entirely. the steroids is what takes us past our genetic limits. this may take years but sooner or later it will happen. an easy analogy would be arnold. he looks great in T3, but you can see him shrink over the years if you start at say, his conan movies. it wont matter how much or what you eat or how hard you train. these things can prolong an overdeveloped physique but not forever. at least this is my opinion.
you say take a look at his conan movies and then at T-3. Shit you wanna see a shrunken Arnold just look at Californias new govenator. He does not not look that big at all anymore. Sooner or later it is gonna happen. You just can’t keep it forever without assistance.
It comes back fast though. I went from 215 to 185 because of an elbow injury that needed surgery. After My elbow was healed enough to begin training I gained my size back within 3 weeks. I think even with AAS your muscles develop a “muscle memory” and if the right anabolic conditions for growth present themselves again, It isn’t too hard to regain the size.
Arnold said he was the same size and dimensions for both t2 and t3. I would bet he used some kind of anabolics for t3.
OK. So let?s say that you need AAS to maintain what you have gained. What steroid and at what levels would you suggest? I am currently on a 2 gram per week cycle (800 mg test, 800 mg EQ, 350 mg Dbol) which I would not like to have to continue for ever because of damages to the body as well as the cost. Would it be possible to maintain the bodyweight (that is LBM) with, let?s say, 200-400 mg per week (test, EQ, Dbol, tren ???) ?
Thanks guys for all your input, it is worth gold.

if maintenance is your concern then i would suggest mild dosages of things such as test, eq, primo. or maybe even HGH. these could be run in shorter cycles with longer layoffs.
This issue goes back to the point that Drago made in the begining about your genetic limit. Everybodies is different. Why not try to maintain what you have without the use of AAS first and see what happens. The whole point is this. IF you are beyond your natural genetic limit then you will need something to maintain that extra mass. If you are not then you most likely will be able to gain it back through exercise and dieting etc. Do not assume that you will need assistance for the rest of your life, give it an honest shot first and then make a decision on if it is something you really want to do. You might be happy with the compromised size given the cosidered health risks of long term use.

I thought that test and EQ had half times of several weeks? Would it be possible to run a maintenance cycle of 200 mg test per week? You don?t suggest Dbol. Is it because of its higher toxicity on the liver?

I hear you. I will try a period with no AAS first to see how much (if at all) I would loose. If I stay the same, everything is fine. If not, use a small amount of AAS (200 mg) and test again.

If you are at 200mg a week then you are pretty close to shutting your natural test production down. Primo may be a good option here if you can afford it.

How much test do you suggest I use then. And if I can afford Primo, what amount per week (I have seen 600 mg as an example)?

I think much of the size retained after AAS usage down the road is largly dependent upon endogenous testosterone production. Simply put, if you’re pushing 1000 nd/dl naturally, you’re going to be able to support a very massive frame, whereas a 500 nd/dl person would have a moderately large frame.
This is my OPINION only and is not based on any scientific fact whatsoever so take it at your own doing. If it were me this is what I would do…I would get off and recover. Get regular blood work done. Find out where I am at and what I could maintain with my normal testosterone production and then make a decision from there. That is the best answer I can give to you. It would then come down to a personal decision on what you are going to want to do and what you are willing to sacrafice to do it. If you say anything then any amount of test is not going to matter to you and you can shoot the moon sort to speak. Basically you want the best of both worlds and unfortunately you can’t have it. If you could we would all be doing it. At the most I would say 100-150mg of test E or cyp every 10 days dividing the shot in half every five. So do a 50mg shot then in another five days do 50mgs. Just a thought. Other option might be Sust, it was designed for a monthly shot.
Here I go toutig Androgel again. I know, I know allot of u guys may think it bad, however one very good thing about this stuff is that it does not affect your own test levels. So you can take 10 milligrams a day for the rest of your life and not have to worry about messing with your hypogondal state anymore. I am a retired juicer(for now anyways) and this stuff has been great for me. Thats just my personal oppinion though. I realize that it may not be ideal for everyone. I would go see an endcrinologist b4 your levels raise to high possibly or your GP if they will write you a script. Get them to write you out a script for an antiestrogen as well since gyno is a side effect of Androgel. Good luck bro
