LH and FSH High in Range on TRT

I’m on TRT and I’m overseas and had bloods done and my LH and FSH (especially LH) are in range. What’s that about? The results of my TT haven’t come through yet.

12.5 mg per day cypionate. Around 1.5mg per day aromasin.

And around 125iu HCG every second day
