My Test Results, What Do They Mean?

Hello, I’m 24 and I’ve been on TRT for 9+ months.

Several months ago my Testosterone post injections was 550, some reason it has gone down.

Here are my new results, if anyone could explain a little bit about them please.

LH <0.2 L (Reference Range: 1.5-9.3)

PSA, FREE
TOTAL PSA: 0.5

Beckman Coulter Immunoassay method.

I don’t have an appointment with my doctor for another few months, he’s hard to get into and he’s the only doctor available for me.

From the looks of it, my LH / FSH seem to be the real issue but I don’t know what that means.

If anyone could help me out with translating this, I’d appreciate it.

The blood was drawn on Monday, I take my injections on Thursday. 100mg per week.

Thank you.

It is perfectly normal for LH and FSH to be low while on TRT. Because of exogenous testosterone your pituitary shuts down production of these hormones.
However, your T level still isn’t that good, would be better being more on the upper part of the reference range.
