The reason people have to pay taxes on investments is because investments generate additional new revenue.
It’s sad that I would have to type that out :-(
Yeah, it is sad because what is your point? Does that revenue belong to the US government A SECOND TIME? If someone earns $500 pays $200 in taxes to federal and state and then takes the $300 that is left and invests it they should not be taxed on it a second time. It seems that our forefathers called that double taxation. Oh that’s right you lefty’s hate our forefathers and the constitution as well. I forgot sorry…Double and triple taxation is a really good way to grow the government and keep the poor in an entitlement mentality. Now how is that working out so far?
The word “hiding” is inappropriate but that is what lefty’s like you do. You take a perfectly legitimate investment and call it “hiding” money. LOL…
As for him winning in November I seriously doubt the main stream liberal media will allow that to happen. They’ve been kissing Obama’s ass since he arrived on the national scene. Just ask Hillary Clinton who couldn’t get a fair shake in any of the debates she had with barry.
And how is Obama’s Presidency working out?
Pushing 16 trillion in debt. Grown it more than the past three Presidents COMBINED!
More people on food stamps than ever before in the history of our country.
More black people unemployed than ever before in the history of our country. Gee…think that will stop them from voting for him? Naw…why let facts get in the way? After all, now that we have a democrat as President we all know that high unemployment is not his fault it’s the corporations fault. It’s only the Presidents fault when that President is a republican.
Highest gas prices for this time of year in the history of the country. Now where are all those reports blaming Obama for high gas prices as they did Bush? Non existent!
Obama is a total disgrace but that won’t change the main stream liberal media from promoting him once again.
But you better be very worried if Romney wins and chooses Rubio for his VP—Then you have a game.
I highly doubt anyone will beat Obama with the odds stacked against them.
It looks like it will be a close one in Michigan between Romney and Santorum…and as things “move South” on Super Tuesday, Santorum is likely to have some wins.
As I’ve listened to numerous pundits over the last few days; a loss my Romney in Michigan does not mean that he can’t go on (he has a VERY strong organization and money)…but it will deliver a huge blow to his overall campaign.
After “Super Tuesday” it then becomes almost a War of Attrition; and much like a real War, even the “victor” suffers horrible losses.
Personally I think that this election; both the GOP Primary and the General Election; will be talked about, and referred to, for years to come.

It may turn into that but not so far. There is nothing that remarkable about any of this.
I’d agree. If Romney loses Michigan I might get a bit more interested in this, but nothing to really get too excited about right now. We’re well within precedent for primaries.
