I have been AWOL from my training log! in the last three weeks, i have been to Florida and back on the Navy’s dime, was given 12 hours notice, mission unclassified but duration unknown. I also moved. I also just got my internet set up.

225 X 20 PR- i haven’t done 20 rep squats in a long time and this felt frankly easier than i recall. it took maybe only a minute.

I like the perfect rep style workouts. I am super pressed for time these days and will do this workout for a month before reverting to 5/3/1.

I felt good, but had some difficulty getting the tension even for the banded benches. Otherwise, it felt nice to move some weight fast. ESR.
