Bit limited in what I can train, anything that requires a lot of gripping is out, ohp was OK with a thumbless grip. Couldnāt grip dbās for lateral raises. Should be OK to squat.
Put on 10lbs in last week, due to eating lots of ice cream, cake and biscuits, belt has got tighter.

Squat felt hard today, probably due to a week of inactivity. Got some rows in using the versa grips, felt OK. Been trying to keep moving the squashed finger, itās not really painful, more tight feeling, hopefully will feel better Tuesday when some of the stitches come out.

Howās the finger mate? Griping the bar on those rows canāt have been easy!
I used the Versa grips, so it wasnāt too painful, can hold the bar with the 3 good fingers and no thumb. Itās getting a bit better every day, some of the stitches are out now and it feels more flexible.
Damn, that finger was a nasty one. Kudos to you for training around it anyway, that is impressive dedication!
