Boyce, that is a very solid bench you do there, am sure the 125 kg will come in the near future.
It may not, Iāve gone into a bit of a calorie deficit and am slowly dropping some weight. It may have to wait till after the T-ransformation challenge.

Iām also starting to get a bit of shoulder soreness after benching, so may be wise to stop maxing out for a while, especially as recovery will be a bit limited by less calories going in.
Probably wise. Although shoulder pain after lifting is just how it is one gets older - at least in my experience.

Good thanks, looking forward to gyms reopening here on April 12th. Training at home is OK, but I miss my routine of training in the morning. Iāve dropped about 10lbs in the last few weeks, hoping for a few more to go before the end of the T-ransformation.

Bought some Versa gripps, which arrived mid workout, so did a few rows to try them out. Really impressed. Think they may help with the elbow tendonitus, as the physio thinks itās caused in part by gripping things hard whilst moving the elbow joint. Itās amazing how little grip pressure you can exert and still feel glued to the bar. Felt really good on rows, I could really focus on pulling with elbows cue and not have to worry about grip.

Thanks, was playing around with grip width, felt good going a bit narrower than usual. Might try the elusive 85kg next week.
