You’re just built for deadlifting, aren’t you. Like maybe your arms hang down past your knees.
It does feel pretty natural.
I’m thinking of dropping deadlift for a while til my squat comes up. I get carried away with it and feel wiped out for a couple of days after. I’d probably have better recovery for Squats were I to lay off for a month.

Missed a couple of sessions last week, it’s a busy week with my birthday, then my dad’s, then valentines day, then my partners birthday. Had a very lazy weekend.
Finished early today as there is lots of flooding and closed roads on my route home. Trained at lunch time which was novel, thought I’d have loads of energy, but didn’t! Passed on trying a Squat pr, and Db bench was well down.

Now that I think of it…do you do anything BESIDES squat? lol
Wendler has more editions than Dungeons & Dragons at this point, and here I am still stuck on the first.
