Did another hill walk yesterday and this morning. Trying to find a nice route that takes 45 mins including getting up the big hill. Dog hindered the timing attempt today by getting stuck in some brambles then running back the way weād come from. Shes pretty but not very bright!

No weights this morning was going to walk dog, but itās pissing down with rain (she hates rain), so went to gym, did 20mins on stationary bike hill profile, and 5 mins on the stair climber. Hated the stair climber so will do it more!
Going to try very little carb intake on none weight trainng days, so no carbs in morning protein shake, chicken salad not sandwich, nuts instead of fruit.

The worst thing about Brexit is hearing about it all the time. Wish theyād just get on with it, I think all the uncertainty is causing the biggest problems.
My cousin emigrated to Aus with her teacher husband, so theyāre stuck somewhere out west until he has served his time, then they can move to where ever they want.

warmed up to 90kg, did singles re_racking after each rep 15 secs rest x12 then set of 3 to finish. Felt good, cocerntrated on set up, bracing etc on each rep. Up to 95kg next
