Found a weird way of lean bulking that has worked for me. Been eating really high protein, med fat, low carb in the week. Probably averaging 2000cals a day. Iād typically lose 5 to 7 lbs Monday to Friday morning.
Friday night to Sunday night,aim to hit 200g protein a day then eat whatever I want and lots of it. Iād have put back on 5 to 6 lbs by Monday morning.
Strengths at an all time high and I think Iām carrying more muscle than ever. Had to go up to an XXL for tops now.
