Thanks, I’m not spending much time at home at the moment, only really when my daughter stays over. Im looking at changing gyms to a chain which have a decent enough one on route to work from where im staying, hopefully will get some consistency back soon!

Life finally calming down a bit, joined a chain gym so i have opportunity to train in a few different places.
First session in over a month, felt very weak and fatigued quickly, expecting some soreness though. Pleased just to be back at it though.
