Hack: Vegetable Beef Stew: put 1lb Beef stew/stir fry meat in crock pot on low with bag of frozen green beans, 1x onion, and 1x bag of frozen mixed veggies. Once you get home from work add Salt + Pepper, and some more water after veggies thaw.
Slightly better: use fresh ingredients, brown beef and onion on stovetop with 2 tbsp olive oil and add salt pepper. Then throw in pot with 16-32 oz low sodium beef stock or bone broth. Add garlic or garlic powder for taste.
