I have been reading on the dosages for test E. Now nobody tends to take into account body weight with there recommendations not that I have read. I think with any drug there is a certain amount of consideration when it comes to body mass. People tend to chime off 500mg per week will be good.
But is that 500/mgs for a 215lbs man or 190 lbs lbs man. Has anyone considered 400mgs per week as a good dose for someone in 190 range with low test? Cause everyone is a bit different with how much test is in the system already. They also may respond really well to it if they have lower test to begin with.
If you could get away with it why would you not save yourself some money and keep more gear for a later cycle? Does this seem sound? Or am I thinking way to hard on the subject and playing with fire???
I guess it depends on how greatly one is affected by the phosphorylation cascade phase that is triggered by the hormone testosterone. Some may have more receptors or have less cellular response. It all depends on the individual.
In my experience BW really has little effect on how a person responds to steroids. Some people (ifbb pros for one) just respond ridiculously well to steroids while others do not. BW has little to do with it.
Also in my experience using high doses such as 2000 mgs of test or 200mgs of anadrol a day is just unnecessary and does not produce more muscle gains just more sides. So I do agree that in most cases less is more. Your success with a steroid and weightlifting program has more to do with your diet then stuffing in the most drugs that you can

With Test, it is really good in the ratio of dose:effect… with alot of drugs after a certain point is just isnt more effective, but with test 400 is much better than 2, and 800 is much better than 4 and 1600mg is much better than 800mg… Know what i mean?
I do know with nandrolone the dose protocol for effects:side effects is around 2mg/lb body weight… it doesnt work like that with test. With nandrolone, above 600mg a week gives no extra anabolic results but does give more sides, with test, while sides increase, so do results!

AAS are not antibiotics. That’s about the only drug I know of that is weight dependent.
I don’t think scale weight makes that much difference in dosing AAS. It’s an endocrine thing.
So would it be safe to think that your body is going to respond with more sides if your dose is to high? Kinda of like a cup that is full and the rest spills over into the side effect area?

Your body makes around 35mg a week. So starting out low dose is better then work up from there.
Why would you do that?
It just creates suppression and less gains. Why not just start off at 800 a week? More gains, no sides, and the same recovery after a much better cycle.

Yeah that’s a decent way to look at it.
I would say the best range for a beginner would be 400-600/week and then determine your tolerance, or lack there-of, for your next time. Which I would then recommend per worlds doseage amount if all went well. Anything under 400 is what world explained, simply suppressive with shit gains for the trouble of getting/injecting etc.
Good to start cautiously, but make it worth something.
Thanks everyone for your posts. I always value your input. Soon my hands will be on some good old test. I really got sick of pills and the ups and downs. Like everyone says going to keep my nolv on hand. Will post more about this later. Just needed to get my head wrapped around it. But I will start a new thread about that later.
