I want to start a training log and so does everyone else to basically keep me from filling up the beginners thread with my hypergraphia / graphophillia lol. (These means I have a tendency to write too much and enjoy writing more than the average person.)

It would be really helpfull for me and get me tracking my progress and calories etc as at the moment I’m a lazy fcuk and am doing it all through memory from session to session. I need to get a pen and notpad just for training. And then posting it all here with progress pics will help me be motivated as well as no doubt providing a solid reality check.

Off to squat now, my 2nd favorite exercise behind deads. We have no squat rack so I have to use the incline bench rack and slide under it and then stand up and walk across trhe room with the barbell on my back before starting squatting lol. This is tempting me to do the 20 rep breathing squats so as I only have to do the whole rogmorole once.
