Goals:

-Add Lean mass, cut BF (of course)
-Chisel out facial features
-Increase Libido
-get harder erections
-Bust K-shots like Peter North
-Run a sub 13 minute 2 mile
-touch rim on a basketball goal

Meal 1 - 5 egg whites, 1/2 c. oatmeal w/ blueberries, mixed with 1/2 tbsp. Nat PB.

Meal 2 - 300 cal. Protein shake (usually contains yogurt)

Meal 3 - 2 Chicken Legs, 1/2 c. broccoli, Brown rice

Meal 4 - Postworkout Shake…mixed w some gatorade or something w/ sugar

Meal 5 - Steak or Salmon, 1 c. green beans, handful of Almonds

Meal 6 - 2 scoops of protein powder (200 Cals)

Supplements - Flaxseed piss, Salmon Oil capsules, Vitamin C pills, ZMA, Megaman Vitamins, Niacin, L-Arginine

I run 5 nights a week roughly 2 miles

I lift weights 5-6 days a week.

Looks like you really put some thought into your goals…

Take your Zinc, it’s important for certain goals…

Maybe invest in a Tribilus product like Alpha Male?

It’s supposed to increase natural T production.

At 210 lbs. and with running a couple miles daily, that doesn’t look like enough food to gain lbm.

It looks like good food choices, just not enough. Have you figured out how many calories that is for the whole day? That would be a good starting point.

Eat that, then again… then again. With all that running, you’re burning a lot of calories, and if you want to gain any lean mass, you have to eat a lot more.

I usually have three of those meals… at once, six times a day.

yah i was talking with a buddy of mine and he recommended i add some more fat into my diet.

cause the only fat i was getting for a while was from fish oil capsules, and flaxseed capsules, along with some PB and of course on the chicken legs.

so i was banging some fluff this weekend and my libido was just in the shitter. i felt like a young Al Bundy. She wasn’t hot though…so maybe I just need to bang hotter chicks.

So I’m going to take this ZMA and report back my results.

I also bought some Zinc…when should I take it for optimal benefits?

I’m also going to take a couple of scoops of fiber once a day…as well as add a tablespoon of Olive Oil with all my veggies.

Basically just get some more “man food” into my diet, bang out some zinc and ZMA, get my warrior on in the gym, and see if this shit will pop for me.

I did make her pussy bleed though and she wasn’t on the rag. so in that sense i’m happy. but on the same token i need to be able to have those steel beam erections.

One other thing, it looks like your diet is very low in saturated fat. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but, from the Fat Roundtable II, Berardi says:

“But when trying to increase mass, you need to take the saturates up to about 30 to 35% of total fats. I say this because there’s data to suggest that saturated fat intake can increase T production. With all of the fears of saturated fats out there, I can understand why some would be cautious. But the bottom line is that if you train, you can get away with higher levels of saturated fats from a health perspective and you’ll probably grow, too.”
