Going to be using various HIT one set training programs in conjunction with 10,000 steps a day goals to get in shape.
First program, five day split and target o0f 10,000 steps a day.
Monday - chest/Triceps
1.Flat barbell bench
2.Incline dumbbell bench
3.Close grip bench
Tuesday - Upper Back/Lower back
1.Barbell row
2.Inverted row
3.Hyperextensions
Wednesday - Shoulders/Traps
1.Seated incline dumbbell press
2.Single arm lateral raises
3.Dumbbell shrugs
Thursday - Upper legs/Abs
1.Dumbbell lunges
2.Hex bar deadlift
3.Situps
Friday - Biceps/Forearms/Calves
1.EZ bar curl
2.Single leg calf raises
3.Barbell wrist curls

Bench press - 60kg x 7 reps
Incline dumbbell bench - 24kgx6
CGBP - 40kgx16
at over 8,000 steps so far today.
Trained back for the first time today. Couldnāt really get intense because it felt awkward and honestly not sure how to get that mind muscle connection yet. The chest is very sore from yesterday, triceps not sore at all. Think maybe it is because the weight is too light that I canāt really feel much, but at the same time my conditioning is so bad that I canāt do many reps in this heat without exploding.

Barbell row - 50kg x 8 reps
Inverted rows - 10 total reps at bodyweight in one set to failure
Hyperextensions - 33 total reps at bodyweight in one set to failure
I have not done my steps today because it has been 39c and I am melting.
