Legs Pains / Joints

It is a complicated thing, my Mother-in-law has it. We thought my wife was developing it. We did all the genetic testing and are working our way through that info. Supposedly methylation problems can have a big impact on iron and b12 and all of that. Friggin’ complicated.
Most guys that I used to train with had zero pain when on cycle. I was the weirdo natural training with Strongmen and Powerlifters doing great quantities of stuff. They used to whine about the how much everything hurt when they were off-cycle.

A thought. If TRT stores water like I read…Could my pain /aches be from muscles cramping similar to athletes. Obviously I’m loosing water weight. I’ve lost 10 lbs it so. Just a thought?

A thought. Pains in legs do to water leaving similar to athletes? So muscle cramping? I have lost about 10 lbs since stopping the injections.

My Test level was 181 when I started. What is the typical recommended dosage of Cyp when starting? Or maybe what’s the most effective? Also how often are labs supposed to be checked while monitoring someone on TRT?

The typical starting dosage will be determined by your lab testing, in absence of labs 100mg two or more time per week is a good place to start. I would do 50mg twice weekly and see how you do, this protocol would see the majority of men testosterone midrange or slightly higher.

My second protocol was 50mg twice weekly and saw my Total T at 667, estrogen was too high so I started injecting smaller doses every 2 days and it brought estrogen down considerably while keeping my levels higher at my lowest point (known as trough) an hour before my next injection.
