I think I promised some time ago to update my stats for you all…
well here’s a picture of my spreadsheet… since it’s easier than typing out all the spacing in this forum.
Total:
13.2lbs in 6 weeks
8 inches gained total
All in all… I’d say not bad. Gained some fat and some muscle… what is expected on a quick bulk. Still have 2 weeks left and we’ll go from there. I think I’ll be 190 by then for sure. I’m happy.
No rage…wow 1 cycle and I have permanent rage huh?
You do realize your a skinny fat guy (little arms soft center), and your weight (numerically speaking) is irrelevant. The mirror is the best judge my friend. I will leave you with a pick of what a bicep should look like from my w.o. last night/ I look bigger then you at 180, since I’m LEAN. Oh and you have more the 16% from what I can tell.
You’re 5’8" dipshit… 180lbs looks like what 195-200lbs would like like on me. It’s not about the cycle itself… it’s about the fact that you already cycled way too early because you were impatient. I don’t care what you look after 4 years of training. I’m 7 weeks into training and you’ve giving me shit for no good reason other than to be a troll/dick/prick.
If you even had any idea what is going on here… once again this is a beginner program called Starting Strength by Mark RIppetoe(look it up asshat). I’m not an experienced lifter, I don’t have much time under the bar, and yes I’ve gained fat… I’ve also gained strength and muscle. I’m not about looking like a chode, acting like a chode, and being a chode. I am progressing and that’s good enough for me. Something I’m continuing to do. 7 weeks of weight training vs your 4 years. Oh how I bow to thee Douche.
Go make your own journal and quit trollin’ mine, dipshit.
My whole point is for you to understand you need to PUSH yourself.
I’ve read your log and watched your videos, and you don’t ever seem to reach the point of failure. Understand that making yourself fail is the only way to truly grow.
Also understand that your program will not leave you with the aesthetic gains everyone desires. While you might be gaining strength, your body still looks like shit, which can’t be your goal. Its simple, and I wish I knew this before I wasted years and a cycle figuring it out.
1-You do not have to eat BIG to be BIG (since your on the other side of 10% you do not need to bulk to build muscle. Just eat 1.5 x your body weight in protein, and eat about your weight x 100 in total calories give or take) you will be shocked at what this does for you. You don’t want to be the fat strong kid I hope, and mostly fat strong guys will argue with this.
2-PUSH YOURSELF. Your videos make you look like your moving the weight too easily, if you are going to continue to follow this program you need to up the weight at the very least.
I really wish I could write you a w/o plan and diet plan so you can see what I mean in 8-12 weeks and log that, but at this point I know you won’t take my advice.
