A few times . AZ is too hot most of the time it is outside . I started it when the weather would permit . It started to flower at about 8 weeks

It’s going to take a good 20 years of slowly moving in that direction. You have a whole misinformed generation that needs to die off and you need some of these other states that have legalized it to show a significant boost to their revenue as an example to sway other states. Personally while I am all for legalization I believe (and in some way hope) that no matter what there will be hold out states that don’t ever because a collective group of their citizens chose not to, which is fine and the people that feel that it a better way can move there.
I do not know , there were several states back in the 70s that had very relaxed laws on drugs then along came Nancy just saying no . I hope the generation growing up now is smarter than the boomers
