Been working out for 3 years now…
i am a right handed person…
my left arm is one inch smaller than my right arm what to do to make it equal my right is 15 and left is 14???
even is strength wise my right arm is much stronger…
its like i do concentration curl 15 kg for 8 reps in my right arm but do hardly one in my left…
what to do to make it equal???

I am more worried that you have been lifting for three whole years and your arms are still anywhere near 15 and 14".

sorry to hijack but have one quick question, when you guys measure arms, is that reaxed and straight with no pump, or flexed no pump, or flexed and pumped? thanks. [/quote]

You take the measurement before lifting while flexing the muscle group. That would be for following your own progress.

yes it is a lack of diet and incorrect exercise…and frankly speaking i have gotten serious only a year back…and my arms before starting were like 12.5…

You’re a guy?

YES

I wasn’t trying to insult you. I just find it strange that so many GUYS are now starting training with such minimal natural development. I mean, 12.5" would mean you only had bone and skin on your arms for the most part. Do you guys even take out the trash by yourselves before you ever hit the gym?

i was all bones in my hand except for the fact i had a big belly with body fat of 30!!!

My left bicep is larger than my right, but for some reason they’re just about equal as far as strength.

Unless you decide to isolate your left bi during workouts to make it catch up, I suggest when someone asks you to flex you just use your right arm hahah.

Give him a break he’s from India
:stuck_out_tongue:

My left are was significantly weaker then my right arm and I just did 2 extra sets for my left on most arm exercises like Arnold prescribes. Works like a charm.

I don’t mean to insult you either and there may be a bit of language barrier, but I can’t help thinking you’re mixed up here somewhere.
You have a one inch difference between biceps, but can only manage one single rep with one and 8 with the other with the same weight?

I think you’re trying to just say that you were out of shape with the above statement, but it’s doubtful you were 30% bodyfat if you were very thin everywhere but your belly which also would be quite unusual itself.

You had 30% bf and NO fat on your arms?

i did have fat in my hand…

Use your left hand when pleasuring yourself, that should give you three extra workouts a day.

They’ll even up in no time.

I don’t know if it will reduce your hand fat, though.
