Holy shit. How did you get strech marks that bad? And what makes you belive I can not do this. I posted a pic but can not even say its me so if i post a video I would have a mask to balck out face casue i do not want to show it you would think its me because?

You can wear a ski mask instead of your shirt, numbnuts.
You’re the one who said you could do it. Considering your level of agileness, i am surprised you can’t.
You can say “this is chicktuna”.
Then you’ll probably end up doing a faceplant.[/quote]

i couldn’t plant a video cause my dog died.

Holy fuck, son.
I call troll.

Holy eat shit batman!

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH

Sad that this thread is dying…yet that horrible Oleena pic thread in SAMA is still going strong. What is wrong with our society?

We just need new videos. Chicktuna could post his back tuck, or back flop, or whatever…

Or HolyMac could re-do his, naked.

Don’t worry, mine look like complete shit. Actually, sixstepping is kind of anticlimactic. It looks really hard to do but it’s just a matter of remembering a few simple steps and then doing them as smoothly as possible as fast as possible. Still working on “smooth”.

I’m actually more interested in learning to windmill, but I need to get a large flat surface to do it on first. I’d REALLY like to learn to do flares, but those are pretty hard and I thought we’d do something accessible.

So far I’m thinking-

  1. Windmills
  2. Gymnastic progressions leading up to flares
  3. Falling backwards into a full bridge (surprisingly difficult)

No, no. 'mills (at least as I understand it) are basically just a function of technique, flexibility and some practice. Whereas someone who has the strength and technique to do flares can do pretty much anything, imo.

I would say falling into a back bridge is the easiest aside from six stepping. But all of these take on a whole new dimension when you’re over 200 pounds.

No, but I lack flexibility and coordination lol. But yeah, not that hard.

I think I’ll work on L-sits, planches and handstands and work up to doing some flares. It’d be neat to be able to bust some moves whenever I see a smooth surface
