Holy shit. How did you get strech marks that bad? And what makes you belive I can not do this. I posted a pic but can not even say its me so if i post a video I would have a mask to balck out face casue i do not want to show it you would think its me because?
You can wear a ski mask instead of your shirt, numbnuts.
You’re the one who said you could do it. Considering your level of agileness, i am surprised you can’t.
You can say “this is chicktuna”.
Then you’ll probably end up doing a faceplant.[/quote]
Don’t worry, mine look like complete shit. Actually, sixstepping is kind of anticlimactic. It looks really hard to do but it’s just a matter of remembering a few simple steps and then doing them as smoothly as possible as fast as possible. Still working on “smooth”.
I’m actually more interested in learning to windmill, but I need to get a large flat surface to do it on first. I’d REALLY like to learn to do flares, but those are pretty hard and I thought we’d do something accessible.
So far I’m thinking-
Windmills
Gymnastic progressions leading up to flares
Falling backwards into a full bridge (surprisingly difficult)
No, no. 'mills (at least as I understand it) are basically just a function of technique, flexibility and some practice. Whereas someone who has the strength and technique to do flares can do pretty much anything, imo.
I would say falling into a back bridge is the easiest aside from six stepping. But all of these take on a whole new dimension when you’re over 200 pounds.
No, but I lack flexibility and coordination lol. But yeah, not that hard.
I think I’ll work on L-sits, planches and handstands and work up to doing some flares. It’d be neat to be able to bust some moves whenever I see a smooth surface
