Haven’t been counting cals but stretched out an XL Hanes wife beater nicely today. Office guy says “Damn boombalatti I never realized you were so big”. Ok cool I feel great! He follows that up with “Don’t go too crazy with those weights. You are 40…” Dude you are 55 & just slightly better off than an average American. Guy volunteer coaches HS girls BB though, so he at least dribbles & walks around lol

Anyway no counting, no weighing no force-feeding no supplements had me starting to feel drained. Gonna butcher 531 for a while & get back with the fish oil, zma, & creatine. Finishing up the last bit of a ~24oz london broil now

Lol. Ate like shit today - muffins, pizzas & moon pies. Also eggs & chicken/spinach wraps & a fish sandwich lol. 3000-3500 keeps me slightly hungry so I’m trying to stay in that range. Will be appx 3200 today before I scoop peanut butter &/or ice cream into my food hole overnight.

Been off my eating a little bit. Just needed a break from counting & don’t mind seeing my bottom abs come in. My natural adult state is to be hungry most of the time, so I’m just going with it. It’s catching up to me in the gym I think in ability/desire to do assistance. I’m pretty sure I’m all over rep pr’s with my lower training maxes though.

Fin. Car won’t start to leave the gym. Sounds like there is a problem with the starter engaging the flywheel. Took old starter out in 30+min, housing was all destroyed. Ok, new one from parts store (replacing the one from parts store that I put in less than 4mo ago) in & car together & back soooo tired. Grateful I can fix em quick like.

Years ago I put four alternators on a Toyota pick up in four weeks. (You have to remove a frame member to change it) turned out they were selling me the wrong alternators :rage:

It always makes me feel better to hear of others car miseries lol! Guy at parts store told me “probably was seated wrong”. Uh huh. Gimmie the new one. It’s 2 bolts, near impossible to mount cock-eyed. I remember when I bought it & swapped back my VW core thinking how much lighter the new one was. Yeah light in the wrong spots. Ugh I wonder how many I’ll go thru. I may get a junkyard starter just to leave in the car.

Edit - On the upside, only had to pay the $150 once, they will just swap these out as they fail for free

Yeah so whoever programmed 10 heavy clean & presses into my deload week was ummmm overreaching lol. That workout beat my ass. Traps, lats, hammies. Not to mention the iron hangover. I was groaning & whining all day for 2 days lol.

Anyway today was an off day but hit the same beach that I got pullup video from last June. No more girlfriend (miss dat ass tho, can’t lie :peach:) so I got footage of the worksets & it’s clear!

1st set of pullups. 18 I think. I should have just done 20.

An hour or 2 later Max chins. Maybe one left in the tank. Was mostly looking for better lighting, but leaning back throws the shade anyway.

Saw a 20y/o “lifeguard” do 4 pullups & 30sec later 3 chins. Saw a 50+ guy rip out some full reps & when I asked he said he got 11reps. Old dudes representing today :+1:

No carb training. Been hungry for a few weeks now. Scale said 189. Waistline is on the smaller of my belt notches (prob 32-33" waist). Ass is bigger & pulling the front of my underwear towards my crotch on the daily. Belt buckle ends up rubbing my skin. #fitpeopleproblems
