Rather than going all out on a full bulk, I’m looking to try a different approach and eat a controlled clean bulk diet. With the hopes of slowly adding 10-15lbs of LBM, whilst getting my BF% slowly down into the single digits. I’m happy with my build, but I have some lagging parts in particular my arms/shoulders/traps. I was looking to correct these problem areas, whilst leaning out in the process.
This is the cycle I’ve got planned. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Week 1-8: 300mg Primo x 3 per week
Week 1-8: 200mg Tren-mix E5D
Week 1-8: 250mg Sustanon x 1 per week
Week 1-8: 40mg oral Anavar ED
Week 1-8: 0.5mg Arimadex ED
Week 9 (Bridge/Clearence before PCT): Arimadex 0.5mg ED
Week 2-6: HCG 250iu E3D
Week 9-10 (PCT): Nolvadex 40mg ED
Week 11-12 (PCT): Nolvadex 20mg ED
You’ll need to hit the sust more frequently, at least 2 times a week preferably more. IMO sust isn’t great if you are trying to lean up. I’ve used it twice before and each time I’ve had considerble water retention (not to mention acne).
Also that’s a pretty low dose of HCG. You may want to consider running 500iu (or more) EOD for 3 weeks.
If there is tren ace in that mix of yours then you’ll need to hit that at least EOD.

I am pretty sure that 250iu e3d is standard, you have the part right to start 2 weeks in but it should go till a couple days before you begin pct, which should start 2 weeks after your last shot of test due to the long esters in sust.

Primo EOD, Var atleast 60mg ED, Sust ED or at least EOD especially because this is your test! , if Tren “blend” has ace, at least EOD. Start nolva one week later, run HCG 2 weeks longer…
Thanks for all the replies boys. Here is some further feedback. I’m trying as best possible to keep pinning down to a minimum, I really don’t fancy injecting every single day!

Why should he start his nolva PCT only ONE week after his last injection? Sustanon has the decanoate ester and tren enanthate has half-life of around 14 days, his levels of androgens will still be high within 1 week. Decanoate ester has a half-life of around 15 days.

it has prop and phenylpropionate esters which kind of necessitates the eod injections, other wise you have peeks and valleys. Sust was created for convenience not body building, shit sucks IMO. Just get some cyp, front load it and hit it twice a week after that easy peezy. If you stick with the Sust EOD is pretty standard from what I’ve read for years.
Just to clarify when I said start nova one week later, i meant one week later than you are already planning, you need to let the gear clear a bit, Also you can run a very low dose of Adex for several weeks after cycle to help prevent any estrogen rebounds as well.
