Looking back I realised I may have developed some type of arthritis through my ulcerative colitis before I started TRT. If you Google ulcerative colitis arthritis and ulcerative colitis rheumatoid arthritis. It seems like these autoimmune conditions are connected. I’m going to get it checked out when the doctors reopen. I’m trying to fight/reverse it. These autoimmune conditions are confusing but so far I think mind function plays a role.

I’ll give that a read. RA runs in my family, I was positive at 27 but no symptoms. My maternal grandmother has it as does my aunt, and it is also on my father’s side. Seems to run with the diabetes genes on my father’s side. Not fun my friend.

I know, I’m hoping it will go away and they won’t diagnose me

Would this thyroid supplement be good for me?

I honestly don’t know.

Hi everyone

I’m just wondering am I allowed to post pictures of my primobolan here?

Posting labels/brands or discussing specifics like that is tricky. Definitely not allowed in the Pharma forum, bit more of a grey area in T Replacement.

If someone’s running legit, legal, supervised TRT there shouldn’t be any major questions or issues with the Test that requires a pic. If someone’s “self-administering” and sourcing gear from whatever seller they can find, they’re on their own.

If you want to post a pic because there’s an issue with the liquid itself, crystallization, etc., that should be fine as long as the label/brand name isn’t displayed.

I still haven’t decided what I’m going to do, I’m still thinking about it but I was thinking to add in low dose deca to my protocol of Test and primo/masteron (all the same brand) then wait 3-6 months and get the full blood test that includes liver, kidneys, cholesterol etc. I’m confident my primo is real and everything I have is good quality and I’m confident my blood test will reflect that. so I was thinking to post the brand when I get the results to help out the community.

Endorsing a certain brand isn’t necessary and isn’t a reputation we want the forum to develop.

I have been eating jacket potato, butter, beans and cheese everyday recently, I had it twice in a day around a couple weeks ago and awoke looking massive. I don’t seem to get any negative sides from eating it. And it has really been helping me maintain my weight in these times. I seem to have started gaining weight again too. I love the taste. Most other foods seem to taste ridiculously too strong for me nowadays like 5 times the normal amount of spice was used or something and I’ve hardly been able to handle eating other foods over the past few weeks. I remember eating all these foods all the time and loving the taste and finishing my meals easily. I’m trying to improve my kitchen skills, i seem to make a mess in the kitchen even when using the microwave. im planning to start eating French toast again and buy a bigger frying pan, the virus situation delayed me, my one can only fit 2, I was getting quality mucle gains when eating French toast as if the protein from that is worth more than other proteins for me or something, It gave me no negative sides but I got frustrated cooking 2 at a time everyday. Then I tried chiken and rice daily. I dont eat bread unless it’s freshly baked or cooked, the last time I had a sandwich was last summer and it gave me a stomach ache, everytime I had a sandwich since the winter before last I would have stomach aches. Today the jacket potato blew up in the microwave and made a mess lol

I put lots of carnivore style butter

I put slightly less than half a pack of cheese and microwaved baked beans

Ready in 7 minutes. Approximately 50 grams of protein according to the labels

I had French toast today, I was lucky enough that there was no que as I was passing the supermarket so I went in to see if they had frying pans. I bought the biggest one they had, 32cm, I wanted a 40cm one but the one I got turned out to be big enough, I can fit 4 toasts in it. My body feels noticeably satisfied now.
Im going to completely eliminate cheese from my diet for now, I think it might be what has been giving me constipation, maybe I can eat jacket potato with chicken and veg instead. I realise I can’t continue eating the same as before I developed UC especially since I’m not going to be making use of weed anymore.
I took my first castor oil pill today, I’m feeling much better so far, most of the times I used lactulose it gave me stomach aches, hopefully I won’t need to use lactulose anymore

Are you taking creatine?

I have UC also, as well as thyroid disease. Creatine messes up my bowels pretty bad. I’ve tried it a few times and had to stop. I’d get really constipated from it, and would cause a chain reaction of side effects.

Hi @galgenstrick

Did you become testosterone deficient before or after you developed UC? Do you have a log?

Actually I have creatine but I haven’t been using it, I’ve been following Stan Efferding teachings and just using sea salt. Interestingly I had a sore throat recently and I put some sea salt in my mouth and swallowed it then I felt better straight away.
I was using micronized creatine powder when I initially started TRT, but I think it was causing me to urinate too much so I teetered it down to 1g a day and seemed to be fine on that. You actually reminded me I also have L glutamine powder which I haven’t taken since the gyms closed, I’m going to start taking a minimum of 5g a day again untill gyms reopen. I was taking up to 20g a day, 5g at a time with water, when I initially started TRT and seemed to be fine with that, apparently L glutamine is good for people with UC. In a book I read by Michael Matthews, Bigger Leaner Stronger, around 8 years ago, he said studies have shown 5-30g per day to be safe and beneficial. I really learned alot from the book and I still refer back to it sometimes.

I had low T before getting diagnosed or showing symptoms of IBD.

I’m still trying to figure out all of my triggers. Insoluble fiber and creatine are the ones I know I’ve nailed down.

Do you have a pretty good idea of what things cause your flair ups?

Has @TRT_Phoenix adviced you to undergo a poop transplant yet?

How long have you had UC?

I think I’ve been in remission most of the time since I started TRT, and I think I’ve had only had a few flair ups here and there for a few days here and there, I think caused by spicy/hot food.
Off the top of my head I don’t eat pizza because it clogs me up most of the time I try it and I end up constipated for a few weeks afterwards. Orange juice gives me instant stomach aches. Whenever I drank energy drinks I noticed lots of blood with my stool so I avoid that. I also avoid spicy/hot foods, old bread/rice. Other than that I avoid suger. Coffee used to have an instant laxative effect everytime I drank it but for the last couple of months I’ve been able to tolerate it without issues.
Have you seen vegetable police(vegetable conspiracies) on YouTube? It’s a channel run by a vegan guy who tried carnivore because of his UC, I think he’s tried so many different approaches with his diet, I think TRT would be good for him.

Do you drink bone broth? I have been drinking bone broth on a daily basis, 1-2 cups, I think it does help keep my joints/bones healthy.

It’s called Collagen Hydrolysate.

Layman, I would very much like to know what brand that supplement is?

I couldn’t find a way to PM you about it.

Actually it might be against the forum rules, I’m not sure, I think brands are not allowed on this forum. @Chris_Colucci maybe brands for food is allowed?

I think its bone broth powder, someone with arthritis recommended it to me, collagen hydrolysate. I add it to my tea with some sweetener, sometimes I add it to coffee too.

@layman

No poop transplant, lol. My symptoms aren’t bad. In fact I don’t really ever get diarrhea, Just constipation, gas and minor pain. I very rarely have blood either. My flair ups will last a few days to a couple weeks then go back down. I usually have to reverse engineer what I did to cause the flair up. Sometimes it’s diet related and sometimes it’s stress. I know high protein diets are not recommended with UC patients, but F that, I’ll be eating 200g/day until I have no other choice.

I have not tried bone broth. I’ll look into it. Have you tried a prebiotic with digestive enzymes? I’m thinking of trying something like that.
