as always, still loving the layer workouts for total body muscle!
i was wondering how you would set up the layers to focus on a certain area?

i’m closing in on my first weight goal, and want to start building up key areas.
how would you program the layers to focus on either deltoids, chest, or arms? -
would you use a ‘template’ and apply to the body part in question, or would you do something specific depending on the muscle group? - arms for example might be trained differently when specialized to fatigue the biceps maybe?
any help/advice would be fantastic!
