I don’t know why you would want to label unattributed plagiarism like this as “paying attention”:

ZOMG… I didn’t read an opinion piece on Fox, shame on me for being excited that someone appeared to look past the 30 second talking points.

It wasn’t a dig at you, sorry, it was a dig at an unattributed plagiarist.

Fair enough, I’m a sensitive bastard today.

In keeping with the theme of my thread it looks like more bad news for Obama:

This shows momentum:

And just as importantly:

For those who, like me, who like to check the numbers:

Bad news in New Hampshire for Obama:
The presidential race in New Hampshire remains neck-and-neck, with Mitt Romney stretching to a two-point lead.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely New Hampshire Voters, taken the night after the final presidential debate, finds Romney earning 50% support, while President Obama has 48% of the vote. One percent (1%) likes some other candidate, and another one percent (1%) is undecided.
The Obama campaign was counting on winning NH without having to spend much to do it. Now it looks like they’ll have to divert more resources to NH to stay competitive.

He is going this weekend.

I want to drive up in a romney shirt, lol.

New Hampshire has 4 electoral votes, Iowa 6 and Colorado 9. All three states were supposed to be easy wins for Obama. If you total up those three states you have 19 electoral votes which is one more than Ohio’s 18. This could be the Romney strategy should Obama win Ohio. But at this point they are exactly tied in Ohio.

Time puts an Ohio d+9 poll with Obama still under 50 (49-44) and I can’t wait for Nate Silver to triple count it.

Nate Silver has zero credibility

He really irks me for some reason. I’m sure it is my own issues but it still happens.

Maine splits 2 electoral votes. Theoretically, one candidate could get 1 and the other get the other of the 2 ev’s.

Maine’s 2nd district is highly rural and locally relatively conservative (for Maine) and it’s in play right now.

The reason it’s relevant in this discussion is that Romney knows it’s in play and the campaign just took out a huge ad buy for the 2nd district which is mostly north and west, but the broadcast area covers NH, so there’s big bang for the buck.

NH isn’t a given for Obama, so the Maine ad buy is that much more exposure into NH.

La Bamba is messing up my world today, he is in the neighborhood because he will be on the Jay Leno show tonight, just 3 miles from my house.

Thank you Obama-jam, closing off most of the streets in my hood.

I saw an article if they both tied getting 269 electoral votes. Check this out…

If they tie, the House would vote on who becomes President (clearly Romney wins).

Then the Senate votes for VP (clearly Biden wins)…

Romney-Biden 2012 !!!

Why does it have to be Biden? Why not Obama? Are they limited to the pick the current VP for the VP? That would be a hoot.

Lucky you he just left the traffic mess behind here about 30 min ago.

My understanding is that the Senate can only pick the VP between the current VP and challenging VP.

Are you suggesting that Romney become Prezzy, and Obama be the VP ? Hell would have officially frozen over LOL. The media would go NUTS.

Any more news about Barack Kardashian ?

An interesting take by Rasmussen on the path to the White House…
