to add some more variety to it I sometimes add a few extracts to it…these are great and you can get them in your spice section right where you would find vanilla extract

choclate protein with stawberry, pineapple, almond, or mint extra is very very good…be careful though, I only add about half a capful per half cup of cottage cheese.

The best bedtime snack I’ve found has been two scoops of LC Grow mixed in cold water with 2tsp of Metamucil (can’t get enough fiber) and a handful of walnuts. I can usually sleep a full 8 or 9 hours and not wake up feeling like my stomach has imploded. I’ve tried cottage cheese before, but I have to doctor is up so much to make it palatable that it’s just not worth the hassle.

I like to drive over to the Burger King and take advantage of there dollar menu. 4 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 chicken nuggets and a large “diet coke”. This seems to hit the spot and after my violent projectile vomit attack I seem to fall right asleep.
