Lat Spread at 185 Lbs

that program definitely increased my stength than any other[/quote]

Alright, thanks man i have never tried the 1 lift a day. I gonna incorperate it into my routine. It looks pretty intense!

i totally believe he can do 370 dead

i mean honestly it’s not like he’s a toothpick and that’s not all that impressive a number… 2x bodyweight pull is pretty average right?

i’d be more impressed with the original 470 or whatever it was he apparently claimed (i didn’t actually go back and find this post… just assuming what thedude said is accurate), but even that honestly doesn’t seem all that outrageous to me.

go to this there is a pic of me deadlifting 420

This is from 2 years ago and I weighed 167… so i was in the 181 lb weight class… I could dead 380 at my house with 25 lb weights

o and when I was bulked up to 190 lbs I did a 440lb dead at my house off the 25 lb weights which would equal a 480+ lb dead at a meet

I also have worked landscaping since i was a kid that might have helped with my deadlift

He isn’t bulked and fat.

That’s some amazing deadlift strength. What gives on your other lifts though?

thanks but now my dead sucks now… well i’ve never done a bench program… i think i might cause i want to get it to 300… I think i have decent strength for pull-ups(15 reps) and rows… i guess its cause my lower body has been stronger so i played to my strength instead of my weakness… i have been focusing more on upper body for a couple months but thats hard to do when yur tring to increase yur olympic lift numbers!

I think you missed the boat on that one Zap… This was discussed days ago.

But his point still stands.

Shut up blow job shots. As IW said, his point stands.

Right, it was already agreed that he probably shouldn’t do the get shredded diet… He can still continue to bulk, then cut when the time is right. This thread is supposed to be for constructive criticism, not personal attacks. If you want to start the name calling, then why don’t you post some pics of yourself in the rate your physique?

What the hell does this even mean? You are a college kid. What “aspects of life” have you ever lived?

If by “college kid” you mean a Doctoral candidate in Physical Therapy with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from one of the top programs in the nation, then maybe you’re right. I guess I really don’t know anything about life or exercise for that matter. But I’ll be sure to send you a signed copy of my book when it comes out.

Just explain to me how a clearly defined set of abs is superior to an overly fat muscular physique in most aspects of life.

I could give a shit about how smart you think you are. But it is obvious you have spent a lot more time in academia than you have living life. Most PhD’s I know are like that.

Just answer the question with out all the fucking bragging.

Blowjob shots, you are a fucktard, I don’t care if you are the fucking pope with a degree in every subject available. This is a bodybuilding website, true bodybuilding isn’t conducive to year round gains.

I don’t post in the rate my physique because I know what I need to work on. I’m not looking to get my dick stroked which is what most of the guys who post here are doing. The majority of the rate me threads are dipshits with little to nothing in the way of a physique, in the grand scheme of things, posting some pictures as their first post on the site. This is highly used as a hott or not and soon as someone finds out that their not the shit they thought they were, they get all defensive.

I’ll post my physique in about 10-15 years when I have something impressive, by bodybuilding standards, to show off. Until then, I’ll keep working hard in the gym and flaming guys like you who come immediately post pictures of themselves when they look either, utterly average, or like complete shit.

And there is no need for the dick waving of your degree, you might be educated, but you obviously don’t know dick about bodybuilding, and that is all we really care about round here.

Take one course in Exercise Epidemiology and then you’ll answer that question for yourself.

As for Getswole…
I’ll give you credit for getting one thing right. I, as well as many others, may have started out posting by doing a “rate your physique”, but by no means does that infer that myself or anyone else is looking to get stroked. Most people would like some advice on programs that they may never have tried before or other areas of body building, not a war of words.
This thread has lost it’s purpose.

If I wanted it answered myself, Einstein - I wouldn’t have asked you. But that’s okay - most people that are full of shit refuse to stand behind their statements. It’s a chicken shit way of trying to make yourself seem much more intelligent than you really are.

I will assume that you are too fucking stupid to back up even the simplest of statements. I hope every one reading this train wreck of a thread will see you for the lazy coward you have proven yourself to be.

If you are such a fucking genius, why do you need the input? You can’t even answer a fucking question.

Look future Dr. Super Degree, you should be able to look in the mirror and know what you need to bring up. Fucking everything guy. I must have missed the posts where people come here and ask how their new program will help advance their currently shitty physiques.

Give me a fucking break, simple as this…Your back sucks? Fucking work out your back. Your chest sucks, fucking work out your chest. Dr. degree, this isnt rocket fucking science. Its about training and eating. You don’t need to ask for a numerical rating of your shitty physique to have a better grasp on what you should be doing in the gym or the kitchen.

arosett can u further explain ur statement beyond what uve said… im legitimately interested

So am I - but it’s a bullshit statement.

There may be some advantages to a nice six pack, but but only in the aesthetic realm.

“In most aspects” - there is no benefit whatsoever to having “clearly defined abs”.

It’s really just common sense.
