It’s cool having the commentary from Glenn on the videos.
Friday the 13th training.
Donny Shankle is feeling better. Jessica North hits some nice PR’s!! Watch it!
this threat made me come out to post again on T-Nation.
Good to hear Glen’s summary of the training days. Any way you can post an exel or word link in google docs of what that week’s program??? It would be great to see.
Anywho, I will be paying you guys a visit soon for the 1st time.

Hit Glenn up on the Pendlay forums.
When are you going out there? They are a great group of guys.
Really cool to hear both Glenn and Don’s take on things, and get a tiny insight into the things they agree (and maybe disagree) on. Being from the wrong side of the 49th this may be a stupid question but where’s Don coaching these days?
And if you don’t mind my asking who are you that you decide to start promoting what Glenn and these guys are doing after 4 years on this site? (just idle curiosity at work, got a hunch as to the answer but I don’t often like speculating openly)

I believe Don coaches at CrossFit Savannah.
I am just a fan. I used to train at California Strength when the guys were there. I just think the Olympic lifting community needs more exposure and some motivation never hurts. And I for one am always looking for help with my lifts. Or some new exercise that can help me.

Ah, cool. Didn’t feel like making the trip eastwards when they moved eh?
As far as the community needing more exposure, I think that’s an understatement. But I know that since this thread has started I’ve subscribed to the MDUSA channel on youtube to see these videos.
And if you’re looking for helpful exercises, it seems Mark Rippetoe thinks we all need to be pressing more. Hahahaha . . .

If I could have moved with them, believe me I would have.
And if Rippetoe says I should then I’m on it. Not.
