So, another update. I have noticed a bit of lethargy for a couple of days. I had my 4th injection last friday, and on saturday I just didn’t have the drive to lift real heavy weight. The energy was lacking greatly. I slept a lot of saturday and sunday. I will be going to the gym tonight, hopefully my energy has been restored.
I always get 8 hrs. sleep so it is not sleeping issue. I have read about “test flu” and lethargy associated, but I believe it generally passes within 24-48 hrs. I don’t feel nausiated at all, injection sites have no pain at all. I started the arimidex last week on tuesday, it actually doesn’t taste bad at all…mine is liquid a’dex.
I haven’t really noticed any effects from it, maybe it is what is making me lethargic? I haven’t heard of that as a possible side effect though, and the physiological effect wouldn’t suggest lethargy to me.

Craig
Hmmm, time will tell, great job on those squats Craig. I tore the fuck out of my acl/mcl and meniscus years back water skiing. I know how fucked that injury is, and it took a long time before I started doing squats again. I'm glad in hind sight I didn't have the surgery though. Anyway, looking sweet, and again, just fucking awesome squats considering that especially, 20 with 225? Killer.

Thanks Tone…tonight was another leg night, I couldn’t go as heavy as I wanted, work was very busy today and my back became very sore. I was able to work up to 335 for a double, legs were fine…back started to hurt so I stopped. I finished with walking lunges with 135, length of my gym several times. Energy was back just fine tonight.

The lethargy could just be your body getting used to all the extra test.
Yea, I have also read about that. This is the exact reason I wanted to do a test only cycle my first time so I could see how it was directly affecting me, instead of a few compounds and not knowing what was doing what.
I am into my third week now, and am really starting to feel the recovery time shortening. For instance, I bench pressed until exhaustion on Wednesday, and today is Saturday and I was able to do close grip bench, and lockouts very heavy without problem. Since the start of the cycle I am up to 257, which is up 8 pounds. I have lost 1% of body fat as per my home handheld device. I use it as a gauge of my body fat lowering, not necessarily as an accurate gauge of my actual percentage. My strength is coming back now on bench press and other lifts to my previous PR’s. I am excited for the rest of this cycle…I have decided to take it to 12 weeks at this point.
In the past, I think like most natural lifters…you have an inequality in one body part or another. For example, my right pectoral was not as full as my left pectoral. Not to the point that you would notice unless I told you and you compared.
Now 3 weeks into the cycle, they are definitely the same size now. The proportion, fullness and strength are exactly the same. My right side on bench press would lag slightly behind, now the bar rises evenly. Just something I thought I would update.

How about those PR’s, what are your numbers at this point?
Numbers to come, to be honest…I haven’t maxed out. I was planning on doing a 1RM for chest on Wednesday. So I will update Wednesday night on that. My previous PR for bench was 340. I don’t expect to hit that necessarily for Wednesday’s PR, but I definitely believe I will surpass it during this cycle.
And, my PR numbers are olympic meet quality lifts with a 1 sec. pause at the bottom. I believe it is truly the only way to accurately assess your gains. It is the same each time, instead of possibly not going low enough or bouncing, or etc.
I think is good that you haven’t maxed out. Let some time for your connective tissue to get accustomed to the new level of androgens before charting into PR territory.
I disagree, I think you should have maxed before starting the cycle (not necessarily PR maxes). Then you could know exactly how much you gained during cycle. But to each his own

I don’t disagree, I do know pretty close to where I was at pre-cycle for the 3 major lifts. So, I know how much I will gain strength wise for the cycle. At the end of the cycle, I will post pre- and post figures.
I decided to bench press tonight instead of Wednesday, because I just felt extremely recovered. So here is how it went. Warmed up with 135, couple sets. Went to 225 for 10 reps. Then 275 for 5 reps. Then 315 for 3. Then 335 for 1! It went up nice and smooth. Really think I could have gotten 340, didn’t attempt as I really wanted to get onto incline bench with plenty left in the tank. Man, this is the beginning of week 4, 7th injection. This cycle is going to go 12 weeks. I really can’t imagine what numbers I may be able to do another month in and beyond. I really think 375 is reachable. After the chest workout and feeling like my shirt might tear off from my swollen boobies, I went onto do a couple bicep lifts. It was not as productive as I would have wanted, simply because my forearms were so pumped from all the bench pressing, it was keeping me from doing a full bicep workout. Oh, and my home body fat checker, I am now at 19.5%!! I started this cycle at 23.5%. Now, I have no idea where my actual body fat percentage is, but that is 4% loss regardless. I am up 10 scale pounds to 258. I weigh myself and check body fat at the same time each night.
That looks a lot cleaner than mine while on cycle. Looks like you’ve got everything locked in. It’s no wonder to me why you’re having the success that you are. Keep up the good work.

It’s in the zone of 400 pro, 150-200 carb, and 200-250 fat.
I up the carbs on workout days for PWO shake, and at lunch I will eat quite a few carbs. The fats typically stay about the same.
