pinwheel curl all you want but forearm hypertrophy = strapless deadlifts and rowing work.
Farmer’s carries.

I think forearms are half genetics and half hard work. Mine are pretty good I think, and I don’t think all of what i may have is from pure hard work…same as my calves.
I like hanging from the chin up bar till I can’t hold anymore and do that 4 or 5 times. I also love the behind the back wrist roll…it feels much more effective than the one where you sit on a bench and let your hands go over the side. Of course I need to monopolize a rack or bench for that, but I work out at 7AM and the squat rack would gather dust without me.
Admittedly I took advantage of the lighting here.

I know I’m not one of the more experienced here but seriously deadlifts!!! If your holding big weight on a deadlifts and shrugs not to mention pretty much any pulling exercise your forearms should be getting a workout!! I know I have gained heaps of strength in my forearms since I’ve focused on increasing my deals n shrugs
I find forerarms respond tremendously to a thicker grip.
Especially when doing DB work like curls or raises, use a thick grip attachment, or just wrap each handle with a towel.
I think that forearms are something that require high frequency and “conditioning” so to speak. They need to be used everyday for a variety of tasks. Look at people with physical jobs that require very frequent use of the hands. There are a number of examples, and most of the time these people have STRONG hands and forearms. They don’t do wrist curls. The hands/forearms are made for holding onto things.
Wrist curls are silly. Swing a sledge hammer or do farmer’s carries. Everyday.
